On July 1, 2022, The State Department of Education started to utilize a new system which will provide scholar’s and their families/guardians access to their scholar’s IEP and other information that is vital to their academic success. Please see the link below for more information:
Extended School Year (ESY) is special education and/or related services provided beyond the regular school year. ESY is provided for those scholars who currently have an IEP and who will be severely impacted by an extended break in specialized instruction. Eligibility for ESY must be determined each year at a PPT.

Jumoke Academy Charter School provides a wide range of support services for its scholars. Through a continuum of services, we provide a free and appropriate education for scholars who have a disability. Jumoke Academy works diligently to provide specialized instruction, accommodations and modifications as highlighted by the Individualized Education Program (IEP) which is developed annually at the Planning and Placement Team Meeting (PPT). All scholars are participants in the general education curriculum and settings to the greatest extent possible.
If your child receives special education services, he or she may also receive related services. Some of the Related Services provided are the following:
